Drama Workshops at the Village Theatre Company!

On this website you’ll find a delightful program of children’s and teen theatre workshops for summer 2010, as well as spring time classes for adults and a spring vacation workshop for kids.
In week long workshops, young actors learn to collaborate with each other to create and perform original plays, under the guidance of a highly skilled team of theatre professionals. Theatre games and improvisation provide the springboard, from which their creativity can soar as they spin a HOMESPUN MUSICAL, think on their feet in IMPROVIGANZA, crack the case in WHODONEIT?,
make ‘em laugh in SOMETHING’S FUNNY or scare up some fun in GHOST STORY. New this year is SMALL WONDERS, an opportunity for the younger actor to geton stage and engage in storytelling with ease and joy. Each workshop week leads to a performance on the last day complete with props, costumes and a set.
